What is Happening at FPC-MC
While we are a small family of faith, we are working to be involved in each others lives and the life of our community as we live out our mission together!

Lent & Easter
The Season of Lent is a ‘preparation’ of sorts for Easter. The period of lent is forty (40) days long, not counting Sundays and is used to mirror the time that Jesus was in the wilderness being tempted. We use this time to TURN or RETURN our hearts to the Lord in true repentance. We use this time to reflect on aspects of our lives that might be out of balance. We endeavor to be honest with ourselves and our God.
Join us on Wednesday Evenings at 6PM for a time of soup & study, fun & fellowship, to grow more closely to God in faith!

Breakfast Church
Join us on the 4th Sunday of each Month to gather at the table together for worship & breakfast! We call this breakfast church. Together we gather at the table, around the Word of God to sing, give thanks, and be nourished in body & spirit - all to the glory of God!
February 2026 - will be the 3rd Sunday
We are committed to finding creative and new ways to worship our God!

Monthly Mission 2026
Each month we have an opportunity to focus on a local, regional, national, or global mission. While we primarily give money donations above and beyond our regular tithes to support this mission opportunities, sometimes, we manage to be creative in giving of our time and talents too! Please remember to note on your check or envelope if it supports the special mission.

Prayer
Praying for each other whether at home or together here at the church is integral to our commitment to following Jesus together.
So, join us to pray in Jesus Name.

If you have a special prayer request, please contact the church office to pass this request to our pastor. You may decide what and how much is shared with our family of faith in worship and our prayer warriors.

Join us on the First Thursday of the Month at 12:00 Noon in the East Room to pray with others from our Community.

Faith Study
In 2026, we are planning to grow in our faith together by reading and studying. We will use the book, "Practicing the Way: Be with Jesus, Become like Him, Do as He did" by John Mark Comer.
We will be ordering books - so please call the office to let us know if you wish to join us.

Currently this is planned for Sunday evenings, every other week, with a brown bag lunch / supper.

Celebration
Paul writes in Romans 12, "Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. Live in harmony with one another. " We try to make every effort to mark special occasions in our family of faith here at First Presbyterian Church of Miles City.

Already in 2025, we have celebrated the Lenten Season with our Methodists church family; had a super day celebrating with the Yellowstone Presbytery, the installation of our new pastor; celebrated with our community during the "World Famous Bucking Horse Sale" by having cold water available during the Saturday of the Parade Morning. We proudly celebrated our 2025 graduates, the 20th anniversary of our pastor's ordination, Vacation Bible School.

Whether you are celebrating the life of a loved one who has died, celebrating the special moment you say "I Do." or something else, we would like to journey with you.
You are invited to journey with us!

Join us and the Psalmist to "delight in the law of the Lord. For on this law we meditate day and night. And we will be like trees planted by streams of living water, which yield fruit in season and whose leave do not wither."
On the 1st Sunday of Christmas, December 28, we will hold our 4th Sunday of the Month Breakfast Church and invite you to join us in wearing your "ugly sweater."
